· Hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator. Capsule package for double-sided cooling.
· Amplifying gates. Optimized for low on-state losse.
· Suitable for series and parallel connections, narrow QRR and VTM deflection.

Typical Application:

· DC motor control.
· Controlled rectifier, AC controller.
· "Sort" starters for AC motor.
· High voltage SM-drives up to 30 MW
